Kora Cynth

Kora is an ordinary 26 years old with a rather traumatic backstory. (who would've guessed) Her father died in the army when she was 18, little after her little sister, Adelyn, was born. Their mother, Bridgette Cynth, descended into a depressive episode where she buried herself in work. The only thing keeping both of them on earth was Ady's joyful shine. Ady's early childhood was not the best but, their mother did her best to care for her. However when Kora turned 27 she met a man, named Micheal. At first everything seemed to be fine, but his vicious intents not only ruined Kora's life, but her little sister's too.

Florence J. (Jasmine) Greenwood

Florence funnily enough works in a flower shop with her grandma while she finishes university. Her appearance might be scary to some but don't let it decieve you: she's a sweetheart. Her dream is to work as a chemist, to help people with terminal illnesses. Her family dynamics are complicated. Although, both of her parents are alive and well, they live on the other side of the country and rarely talk. Her childhood was not the best ever, being constantly compared to her twin weighed heavy. Her twin brother's name is Mathias and they have two little sisters Sienna and Colette. Her realtionship with Kora ended tragically, because she didn't know what happened to her until 6 months into Kora's inprisonement. Ultimately she decided to move on and settle down with someone else.

Sienna Greenwood

The book will be from her point of view. Does the name ring a bell? (aside from the Marias song) Yes, she is Florence's and Mathias' younger sister. Older sister of Colette. I swear at one point I will make a family tree. While she is a bit on the mischiveous side she doesn't like trouble and tries to stay out of drama. But she wasn't always like this.

Connections (that I will try to narrate in the book):
Kyra: Complicated, they're both strong personalities, thus don't always agree. Ultimately though, Sienna trusts Kyra entirely and she knows it's reciprocated even when Kyra can't show it. They're best friends. (I mean all of them are but yk what I mean)
Celestine: They're together. Couple goals energy
Faith: Faith is like her sister.
Davante: Sometimes annoys Sienna but they're always there for one another.
Marrion: At the start when they don't really know him Sienna was the one who helped Davante and him make peace ultimately leading to Marrion joining their group.

Kyra Lest

A base stone of this friendgroup. Kyra might give the impression of being a non-caring and hard as stone kind of girl but don't let it fool you, she is a softie. She just has problems talking about her wants. She is an only child.

Fears: The Stranger, The Spiral

Connections:
Sienna: There was a time when she liked Sienna a bit more than friends. And that time somewhat damaged their friendship. But Sienna doesn't know about this and if it depends on Kyra, she will never know.
Celestine: There is a natural sense of jealousy that Kyra hides very well. But all in all Kyra finds her to be a sweetheart and good for Sienna.
Davante: Just like with Sienna, he was there for Kyra and vice versa. He knows that she was in love with Sienna.
Marrion: Neutral about him. A bit wary since Faith liked him but more on that later.

Celestine Erhart

Joined the friendgroup via Faith. All of the others liked her at an instance. She tends to be anxious in bigger social settings for example when the bigger friendgroup comes together. She has a younger brother that she visits often.

Sienna: They're together duh
Kyra: Respects her rather than liking her. She doesn't know about her secret.
Faith: Really likes her. In a way she is the sister to Celestine she never had.
Davante: Neutral towards him.
Marrion: First impression didn't like him but later turns out they have a lot in common so they become good friends.

Faith Miho Sloane

The absolute sweetheart of the group. She is in fact naive but not in a childish or ignorant way. She has a sense of the world, of everything that is with it wrong but she chooses to be happy and wants to make her friends happy too. A people pleaser one would say. She has a twin sister and an older brother.

Fears: The Lonely, The Stranger, The Desolation

Connections:
Sienna: Best friends basically. Faith knows that Sienna would protect her and respects her for that (if that makes sense? idk really yet)
Kyra: Likes her, rather worried about her after what happened with Sienna and stuff. She doesn't know why Kyra cried those weeks.
Celestine: When she became Faith's roommate they instantly clicked and they're inseparable since.
Davante: Neutral towards him
Marrion: Not long after meeting she falls in love with him. All of the others think he would be a bad influence on her but she doesn't care.

Davante Verlice IV

The tipic mischevious type always looking for drama. He knew Sienna first and when they were best friends she was also like him. But when the group formed they both went through some kind of character development (idk yet). And since before Marrion he was the only boy in the closer friendgroup he's grown fond of the girls and wants to protect them. In a sibling energy way. In reality he comes from a noble family as the oldest child with two younger brothers who were supposed to look up to him but both of them were brats so Davante decided to study at the university. His parents were dissapointed with his decision.

Connections:
Sienna: Same as Sienna feels about him.
Kyra: Since he knows about her secret he feels sorry. And when Sienna and Celestine started dating he was rather angry at Sienna for not noticing and caring about Kyra.
Celestine: Didn't like her at first but they got along quick.
Faith: Likes her but only as friends.
Marrion: At the start they argued a lot. Later when Marrion was rejected by Faith something happened on a particular party that changed his mind about him.

Marrion J. Crassus

The newcomer of the group. At first he didn't like Kyra and Davante but overtime (in the anomaly) Kyra saved him and vica versa so he started to respect her. About Davante on the other hand... Anyway. He has a younger brother and sister.

Connections: I didn't work on his connections (or thoughts of the others) yet.
